File My Prelim and Alliance of Construction Trades (ACT)

Proud Member of Alliance of Construction Trades (ACT)
Tucson, AZ's ACT is a non-profit trade association representing over 295 specialty trade contractors and material supplier in the construction industry, concentrating exclusively on the business issues affecting all subcontractors and material suppliers: Slow Payment, Back Charges, Retainage, Delay Claims, Cash Flow Problems, Litigation, Insurance Cost, Financing, Contract Language...
We include our company in multiple associations, partnerships, and relationships to ensure our visibility & accessibility to the industry. Our partnership with the Alliance of Construction Trades (ACT) does just that.

Jim Kuliesh, President and CEO of ACT, is a large proponent of mechanic's lien rights, preliminary notice processes, and ensuring the organization's membership is fully aware of the implications of not filing the proper lien-related documents in a timely manner. His involvement in local government has made him a mainstay resource for builders, property owners, and businesses alike.

Our dedication to this membership has driven us to become 2014's first Gold Sponsor for ACT's annual AzBizCon Trade Show held in Tucson, AZ. Presenting and exhibiting was just the beginning – we also provided a FREE lien law seminar with our attorney, Paul A. Loucks of Mesch, Clark, & Rothschild, P.C., to the attendees of the trade show.

We fully believe that being a resource for the community and our industry is key to being the strongest company possible.
